Nordic Childrens Clothing Co. has found new jobs in Europe, but the job losses are in manufacturing and distribution.
The Swedish-based company has closed its doors and is selling its assets.
It was one of three Swedish retailers to file for bankruptcy protection last week after a long battle with the European Union over how to regulate online retailers.
The companies biggest competitor is Nordstrom and it also filed for bankruptcy in October, saying it would take on more debt.
Nordic has said it has lost about $100 million in its history.
