Bordeau, France – Bordeus celebrates 75 years of its birthdays with celebrations in its capital, Bordea.
On Wednesday (22 February) the city will be celebrating the 75th birthday of Brieux, a town founded by a couple in 1853, and the village of Boulogne, which was the site of the Battle of Breslau in World War II.
The celebrations will also see a procession from the town square through the streets of the capital and the town, with the mayor of Bottega-Vivre saying the city’s citizens have always had a strong bond with Brieaus history.
“This is the city where Brieaux was born and where Brienne was married,” said Mayor Dominique Débrouillard.
“It is a city that is still here today, a place that will always remember Brieus and its citizens.”
